Livy is one busy 8 month old! We don't have official 8 month stats but pretty recently she weighed 18 lbs 10 ozs. She is crawling, pulling up, and on her way to walking! She will push walkers all round the house. Basically, crawling is just a means to get to something and pull up. Once she is up she is not afraid to let go and balance.
Livy loves playing in her "house." She swings the door and chews on her "mail."
She also loved watching THE TIDE take home another National Championship Title!!!
We have made some major changes to Livy's diet. We went through the first part of her 8th month with some difficulties. After being sick most of the holidays it took me a while to notice that happy little Livy had basically become grumpy and sensitive. We don't have well baby checkups for months 7 or 8 but I was ready to pay the copay just to talk to our doctor. After the teeth came in I started giving her more substantial food, and guess what...She got happy again ;)
That little girl just needed some substantial food to keep her full. Now I grind cooked chicken tenders or whole wheat pasta in with her veggies. This has made a world of difference. She is so much happier!
